How long does a custom commission take?
Commission timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece. I'll give you an estimated completion date when we discuss your commission. Typically, commissions take 2–4 weeks.
How do I order a custom commission?
Simply reach out via the Contact page or email christellepretoriusart@gmail.com with your idea, preferred size, medium, and any reference photos. I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You're welcome to collect your artwork from my studio in Roodekrans, Roodepoort. Just select or arrange this when placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT, and SnapScan via PayFast — South Africa's trusted payment gateway.
How are artworks packaged and shipped?
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are rolled in protective tubes or shipped flat in rigid mailers. Art supplies are securely boxed. A tracking number is provided once dispatched.
