Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Original artworks and custom commissions may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer Standard and Express shipping within South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
International Shipping We currently don't ship to international destinations. Please contact us at christellepretoriusart@gmail.com should you wish to do a commission that needs to be shipped internationally.
Delivery Times
- Standard (Domestic): 3–7 business days
- Express (Domestic): 1–3 business days
Packaging All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Prints are rolled in protective tubes or shipped flat in rigid mailers. Art supplies are securely boxed.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at christellepretoriusart@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier
