General These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of christellepretoriusart.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Products All artworks are original pieces or limited edition prints. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. We make every effort to represent our products accurately.

Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment We accept payments via PayFast, which supports major South African payment methods including credit/debit cards, EFT, and SnapScan. All transactions are processed securely.

Commissions Custom commission requests are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your commission slot. Final artwork will be delivered upon receipt of full payment.

Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Christelle Pretorius Art. Purchasing a piece does not transfer copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability Christelle Pretorius Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
