Hi, I'm Christelle, an artist based in Roodepoort, South Africa. I create across multiple mediums—oil paint, charcoal, mixed media, and printmaking—each offering its own unique voice and emotional depth. I'm particularly drawn to charcoal's dramatic contrast and the tactile, expressive quality of printmaking as I continue to explore it.
My work is rooted in the beauty of my surroundings and the vast, inspiring landscapes of South Africa. These natural forms and colours shape everything I create.
I work from my home studio, where I also run art classes throughout the week. I teach students from Grade 1 through to adults, offering sessions in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings to suit different schedules.
