Hoop - Lino Print

Hoop (Hope) features a swallow enclosed within a circle — a symbol of hope, return, and the promise of home. The circular composition draws the eye inward, creating a sense of stillness and quiet optimism in bold black and white.

Lino is a type of relief printmaking where an image is carved into the surface of a linoleum block. The remaining raised area of the block, once inked, transfers the image onto paper with a printing press. This technique is known for its bold, graphic style and produces striking images.
