Healing Honey - - Colour reduction print

Healing Honey shows a bee on a flower and represents the healing power of honey. This is a seven colour reduction print. 

Lino is a type of relief printmaking where an image is carved into the surface of a linoleum block. The remaining raised area of the block, once inked, transfers the image onto paper with a printing press. This technique is known for its bold, graphic style and produce striking images. 

Colour reduction lino is a process where you create a multi-colour print from one lino block by carving away areas to show each colour.
